High-twist fabric from our own TFOs
We twist yarn in-house, so we set and check the TPM ourselves for georgette and crepe-style qualities, without waiting on an outside twister.
Consistent lots
Yarn is bought and recorded by lot. When you reorder, we know which yarn your last cloth was woven from.

Most of the work happens in our own unit, so we can see and control each step.

Polyester filament yarn, bought and recorded by lot.
TFO twisting
Twist added on our own TFOs to the TPM the quality needs.
Winding
Yarn rewound onto cones; weak spots and knots removed.
Warping
Warp ends wound onto the beam at even tension.
Weaving
Woven on shuttle looms with a firm, closed selvedge.
Checking and folding
Checked, folded into taka and recorded before dispatch.
